Ordering Information

All orders submitted to Euro Collections International, are subject to acceptance, to the availability of goods and to credit approval. Euro Collections International, reserves the right to limit quantities. Prices are subject to change or corrections without notice.

The personal information you submit for the purpose of completing a transaction with us will be treated with care. By submitting such information to us, you clearly state that you have the right to the use of any and all of the information you provide.

If you decide to submit your work address as the ship to address, you must submit the name of your company in order that the delivery service may locate you. If your product is returned to us because you submitted insufficient address information, then you may be charged 1. the actual cost to send this to you again or 2. a re-stocking fee depending on what you elect to do, in this instance.

We request that you provide a valid daytime telephone number so that we may contact you in order to follow-up on any orders you have placed with us by telephone, fax, on-line or mail. If you choose not to submit a daytime telephone number with your order and should there be a question regarding what you submitted, and we are unable to locate you in the readily available public telephone directories, we reserve the right not to process your order.

Our promised shipping date may differ by product and offer. Therefore, you must refer to the availability specified for each product. For items that are in stock and unless otherwise stated, we generally ship within 3 business days. Processing of your order may be delayed somewhat if national holidays occur during the time you place an order, or if we are participating at regional and national coins shows and or related meetings.

The date on which you receive your order will vary based on distance, country of destination, type of shipping service used and any holidays which may fall in a specific shipping cycle. Usually it takes about 10 to 15 business days from the time an order is shipped, until it reaches the customer. This is provided only as guideline; the actual timing of delivery will depend on third party delivery companies and on other factors that we do not control.

From time to time these forecasted shipping dates may not be maintained for other reasons beyond our control such as a manufacturer that has encountered production and/or supply and/or delivery problems. Based on the personal contact information we have available for you, we will use our best efforts to keep you informed of any major changes with a respect to a product that you may have ordered and for which a major delay has occurred.

The order receipt you receive after you have submitted your order on line is only a receipt of the order that you submitted. IT IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS OR RESPECTIVE QUANTITIES THAT WILL BE SHIPPED WITH YOUR ORDER. For technical and security reasons, the actual inventory of Euro Collections International, is not linked in a real time manner to the on-line ordering system.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

You may add to, augment or change your order at any time prior to processing the original order, without cost. If you change your order after processing, but prior to shipping, you may incur additional processing fees, such as a second handling fee.

You may return any shipment within 10 days of receipt for exchange of product or refund of the product purchase, as long as the product returned is in its original, unopened "sealed" manufacturer's package and is in perfect original condition. The product may not be altered in any way.

Its original package may include any or all of the following, and from time to time may have related ancillary items, all of which may need to be returned if you would like a refund or an exchange: coin capsule, box, certificate, blister pack, sleeve, case, collection box, booklet, etc. The original package does not mean the outer shipper in which your order was sent to you; for example, the outer cardboard shipper or box, bubble envelope or other such "shipper" to which your shipping address was affixed.

If the coin is a loose coin, meaning no original sealed manufacturer's package was included, the returned product may not exhibit any marks or factors not associated with the original manufacturing process. These marks or factors will effect the overall condition of the product. These marks or factors may include, but are not limited to: finger prints, smudges, cleaning marks, scratches, or condensation residue.
